“I became obsessed with redemption long before I started Lustre House.”
The belief that something broken, overlooked, or never fully realized could be restored to what it was always meant to be has been a major theme in my life. Now I have the opportunity to do for others what has been done for me.
This gap between something’s current condition and its intended glory is everywhere. You see it in your health and fitness, in your relationship with family and friends, in your hobbies, in the park you take your kids to. And eventually, in the business you’ve built and the experiences you create for the people who walk through your door.
"Lustre is not created. It is revealed."
I don't come in to rebuild what you've built. I come in to find what's dulling your shine. Then I help you fix it.
How I work
Every engagement starts the same way. I come in as a first-time guest and move through every stage of your experience. Your digital presence, your physical space, every interaction in between. I look at what your guests see, feel, and remember from the first Google search all the way to the moment they decide whether to come back.
I document exactly what I find. What's working. What's creating friction. What your guests are feeling that nobody on your team has ever named.
Most of what I find doesn't require a major overhaul. It's the moments nobody planned, the friction nobody noticed, the opportunities sitting right there that nobody stopped to use. I tell you exactly what to fix, in what order, and why it matters.
Who I work with
I work with people who genuinely care. The founder who obsesses over every detail of the guest experience. The operator who knows something is off but can't quite put a finger on it. The owner who has built something real and wants it to be everything it's capable of.
If that sounds like you, let's talk.
Everything is a message.
Every surface detail, every moment, every interaction is communicating something whether you intended it or not. The question is never whether you're sending a message. It's whether you know what it says.
Excellence is a posture, not a destination.
How you do anything is how you do everything. The way you dress, the way you respond to an email, the way you show up for a client are not small things. They're the whole thing repeated.
Integrity is daily.
Short term shortcuts are long term losses. The right thing costs something in the moment and pays everything in the end. More money can always be made. Integrity is something you can accomplish every day.
Everything has more in it.
Nothing is too far gone and nothing is finished. Every business, every space, every experience has something extraordinary waiting to be uncovered. There is always more.
Business is people.
Hospitality is not a product or a property. It's a relationship. People remember how you made them feel long after they've forgotten what you charged them.
Purpose over process
A checklist can tell you what to do. It cannot tell you why it matters. We start with the why and let that drive everything that follows.
