Burnishing is sustained work on a surface until it yields its glow. Once The Reduction has identified what needs attention, this is where we do the work. We scope it together, we build it, and we hand you something you can implement immediately.
In Residence
The work doesn't end when the project does. In Residence is the ongoing partnership that keeps what we built together alive and growing. A continued presence that protects the standard you've set and ensures it never becomes the ceiling.
